If you believe that you can’t manage money, you are wrong! I know this to be true because I’ve done it myself.

I have over 16 years of experience in the wealth management industry and today I am known as a Wealth Coach, award-winning Investment Manager, and Insuring Women’s Futures Ambassador. I am also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute. But that is not where my story begins.

What you have lived does not define you.

At the young age of 17, whilst growing up in Zimbabwe, I unexpectedly became the head of the household as both my parents had passed away.  Being the eldest of four girls I took on the responsibility of raising myself and my younger sisters. At that point in my life, I had no idea of how to manage a household or that you had to pay for water! After completing high school, I enrolled in a secretarial course and worked for over 10 years as a personal assistant. This was not my first choice for a career, but my circumstances had meant that I had to focus on ensuring that I had a regular income, so I could support my siblings and keep a roof over our heads. In 2006, I moved to the United Kingdom. By this point, my sisters had all completed high school and I now had a daughter of my own. I had also reached a stage in my life where I could focus on me and my aspirations. I joined the wealth management industry in 2007 as a secretary supporting a team of wealth managers. Within a few months, I had convinced myself that I would be out of the industry in three years.

Overcoming financial fear and redesigning my relationship with money.

It didn’t take me long, however, to realise that the information that I needed and wished I had when I was 17 was now at my fingertips. So, I summoned up the courage to ignore the limiting beliefs I had about my relationship with money and committed to learn as much as I could. In 2011, I completed the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, Wealth Management qualification and became an Investment Advisor. Since then, I have been helping individuals and families grow, maintain and protect their wealth for themselves and generations to come.

I am now also a Certified Financial Coach, and I am on a mission to guide high achieving women to confidently take control of their financial future, so they can live the lives that they were put on this earth to live.

Outside of work and coaching I enjoy spending time with my family and love nothing more than listening to music and dancing around my living room.

Success Stories

Working with The Wealth Conversation shifted my entire paradigm on wealth building and investing. Tsitsi opened my eyes, mind and heart to the wealth that is within me. She walked me through my heritage as it relates to wealth. She gave me sound wisdom and strategies on the next steps to my wealth journey and investing. The most important takeaway for me, was that she gave me the ability to believe that Wealth is Possible, and it's my Birthright. Tsitsi is honest, trustworthy, integral, and brilliant. I am so grateful for The Wealth Conversation. My life and business will reap great rewards because of the truth that was shared with me.

I thought I had a fairly good understanding of finances, but the Wealth Conversation helped me to clear fog in some areas and help me to recognise some blindspots and things I had been in deniable about. At first I was a little sceptical, but I thought trust the process. Since the programme, I've shifted my mindset and have significantly increased my personal income. But most importantly I have clarity and the family is unified in some key goals.
